• We offer easy returns & refunds on full priced items. You may choose a refund or credit note: Please request your return via the Returns Portal within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned to us unworn in original condition with the original packaging & no make-up stains, or perfume smells.

• Purchases made using a promotional discount code are eligible for a refund unless they are at final sale discounted prices or otherwise stated.

• We unfortunately can’t offer discounts on made-to-order items, nor are they eligible for return. If for some reason you’re unhappy with your item, please get in touch – it’s important to us that our honeys are happy.
