USA Shipping & Customs Update
Shipping is now open on our site. For U.S. customers, the 19% tariff is added at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery and (hopefully) no delays at customs.
International Orders
For all other customers outside Australia, please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. These charges are set by your local customs office and are not included in our prices at checkout. Her Pony is not liable for these costs. If a package is abandoned due to unpaid duties or taxes, we’re unable to issue a refund.
You can use the table below to understand what possible charge could be. The tax & duty percentages are subject to change by each country. You can also contact your local courier to understand the process. If your order total is below the tax & duty threshold, there will be no customs charges on your ORDER.
All orders under NZ$1,000 for New Zealand free from all custom duty & taxes.
