If you choose Australia Post regular or express postage your parcel will be delivered by USPS.
You can continue tracking your order via the USPS website using the same tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

UK Orders
Due to UK import requirements, we have a minimum product order value of A$280 for orders shipped to the United Kingdom.
Shipping is calculated separately at checkout.
Orders under A$280 cannot be placed for delivery to the UK.
Orders are shipped Mon, Wed, Fri. We can't ship to PO Boxes for International orders. Customs Duties & Taxes may apply for some countries - for more info click HERE
Lost & Missing Packages
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Please understand that shipping times are estimates only and delays can occur due to postal services, customs, weather, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete address information, and other circumstances outside of our control.
A parcel that is delayed or has not received a recent tracking update is not automatically considered lost.
If your package is delayed
If your tracking information has not updated or your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the shipping carrier or lodge an investigation. Please allow reasonable time for the carrier to investigate before a parcel can be considered officially lost.
International shipments can sometimes experience extended periods without tracking updates while moving between countries or undergoing customs processing.
If your package is confirmed lost
A parcel will only be considered lost once the shipping carrier has confirmed that it cannot be located, or we have determined after investigation that the parcel is unlikely to be delivered.
If package is deemed lost after investigations, we offer store credit of 50% of the value of the lost goods.
Incorrect delivery information
Please take care when entering your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, any additional postage required to resend the order will be the customer's responsibility.
Tracking shows your order as delivered
If tracking confirms that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with household members, neighbours, building management or any designated safe place.
You should also contact the relevant carrier directly using your tracking number.
If you are still unable to locate the parcel, please contact us and we will assist with the carrier investigation where possible.
Please note
We cannot treat normal carrier delays, customs delays or temporary tracking inactivity as confirmation that a parcel has been lost.
We reserve the right to investigate all missing-package claims with the relevant carrier before providing a resolution.
- We offer easy returns & refunds on full priced items. You may send us an email to request your return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned to us unworn in original condition with the original packaging & no make-up stains, or perfume smells.
